The Mill was renovated in 1996 and further redesigned in 2009. Here again, we sought to create a peaceful ambience in a comfortable “modern cottage” style.<\/p>\n

The tower was built in 2008 according to ancient plans and using traditional materials from our region, hand-cut stone and terracotta tiles.<\/p>\n
